Our Transformational Strategy
Mobilizing, Challenging, and Equipping Men and Women to Arise and Shine

Mobilize and Challenge
Revival Meetings
The first step is to invite men and women in every city and village to revival meetings, arranged by the local churches, in order to:
- Share the message to the nation (Isaiah 60:1; Deuteronomy 30:19) and the key values.
- Present the Gospel.
- Challenge everyone to accept Christ as Savior and Lord and to sign the MoH/WoD resolution.

The AGIR Training Program
After signing the MoH/WoD resolution, this ten-month program equips you to live a transformed life based on Christ-centered values. Your local church will invite you to join their MoH/WoD group for the training sessions.
Each session lasts for about three hours and is divided into two parts:
- Part 1 (men and women together): Prayer, worship, and teaching.
- Part 2 (men and women separately): Discussions/application and intercession in small groups.
How Does the Training Work?
What Will You Learn?
The AGIR program guides you through a process of personal inside-out transformation. This process is based on four core values: Love, Grace, Integrity, and Respect. These are the ten subjects you’ll explore during the training sessions:
- Introduction: Arise and Shine
- Realizing the Complete Victory of Christ
- Opening Up to the Father's Unconditional Love
- Exercising the Power of Forgiveness
- Guarding Your Heart
- Practicing the Fear of the Lord
- Fighting with Spiritual Weapons
- Building a Character of Integrity
- Serving as Jesus Served
- Christ In You – Channeling God’s Love and Power
HOME-BASED MENTORING GROUPS
Once the training program is completed, the participants are encouraged to continue to meet in their small groups (4-5 people), also called mentoring groups. These home-based MoH/WoD groups are a platform for transparent fellowship and life-long relationships, where the participants hold each other accountable, mentor and pray for one another, and challenge each other to be change agents.
